Tanya received her esthetics license in 1987 from Christine Valmy School of Esthetics. Because of her expertise, she then became the lead product representative and master trainer for Dermaquest professional skincare products.

In 2011, Tanya created and opened About Face Skin Therapy, then called About Face by Tanya. Tanya generously gives back to her community and donates to two non-profits that are near and dear to her heart.

Tanya prides herself on continuing to learn the latest modalities and expand her knowledge. She also created her skincare line, Zen Skin.

Tanya has extensive training in anti-aging protocols such as advanced chemical peels, microneedling, PRP microneedling, dermaplaning, Cryo T-Shock, lash lifting, lash tinting, and more.

She and Darrel, opened Opulent Salon Suites in 2018. At Opulent, there are nine rooms that offer a variety of services.

Tanya has been married and has lived in Seabrook, Texas, for 30 years with her husband, Darrel, and their three very spoiled beagles.
